Corey Donahue previously ​served as Regional President for Invitation Homes where he was  responsible for the deployment of over $1.2B and managed the purchase, rehabilitation, leasing,  and property management of over 12,000 single family homes and managed a staff of over 300 employees and 1,000 contractors.

She was a senior member of the Executive team  and responsible for Public and Private debt placement of approximately $4B and  associated compliance, Treasury, Risk Management (insurance placement/claims- all  lines) and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Prior  to joining Second Avenue Tom established property management platforms in  Southeastern U.S. for over 12,000 single family homes.

Mark Bechwith has managed over $130 million in rental properties while overseeing  acquisition, leasing, construction, management, and maintenance departments of  Starwood Waypoint where Mark oversaw the acquisition and management of over 900  apartments and condos in Chicago.
